Surface Area and Porosimetry Analyzer Finished Installation at Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia

Gold APP Instruments Corporation China had finished installation and calibration work of one set V-Sorb 4800P high throughput surface area and porosimetry analyzer at Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia under helps of Mr. Melvin from Crest NanoSolutions (M) Sdn Bhd.

 
After 5 hours direct flight trip, engineer reached Kuala Lumpur International Airport safely and met Mr. Melvin who was already waiting outside of the exit door. Then drove car to UTHM without stop. Thanks to UTHM helps, engineer finished analyzer and separate degasser installation at that day. Here are few pictures show UTHM outlook and V-Sorb 4800P surface area and porosimetry analyzer installed at their lab.



In following few days, our engineer got the communication between analyzer and computer succeed, used Reference Materials carbon black and sieve to calibrate analyzer surface area and pore size working ability, ensure the surface area and porosimetry analyzer was in well condition and can begin to test UTHM own samples. Then gave a comprehensive introduction and training of the whole system. Finally, UTHM spoke highly of the whole procedures and analyzer. 


 
The V-Sorb 4800P analyzer with 4 testing ports, all can test surface area, mesopore and micropore. A separated degasser with 4 ports, can pretreat samples efficiently. Stainless steel manifold system with hard seal VCR sealing, plus pneumatic valves system ensure no leakage happen. Germany branded vacuum pump can help to reach a very low ultimate pressure, Japan branded 4 liter stainless steel Dewar can support at least 72 hours without refilling LN2. All these make the V-Sorb 4800P surface area and porosimetry analyzer to be the best choice of researching lab like UTHM.

Gold APP Instruments Had Finished the Surface Area and Porosimetry Analyzer Calibration for National Center for Scientific Research Demokritos, Greece


Gold APP Instruments Corporation China had signed one surface area and porosimetry analyzer procurement agreement with National Center for Scientific Research Demokritos, Greece at March, 2015. At recent, we finished the calibration work for NCSR Demokritos and won their positive feedbacks and praise.

 

The National Center for Scientific Research “Demokritos” (NCSR “Demokritos”) is the largest multidisciplinary research center in Greece, with critical mass in expertise and infrastructure in the fields of Nanotechnology, Energy & Environment, Biosciences, Particle and Nuclear Science, Informatics and Telecommunications. The Center was inaugurated in 1961 as a state-owned entity under the name Nuclear Research Center “Demokritos”, following the coming into operation of the nuclear reactor research facility. The NCSR “Demokritos” conducts world-class basic and applied research, for advancing scientific knowledge and promoting technological development in selected areas of national socio-economic interest. The Center also plays a pivotal role in graduate education and professional training and its unique infrastructure is employed for high-technology services to the Industry and the Society.
